About me

I consider myself a problem solver, first and foremost. I know everyone says this, but I mean it. Ideally, I can solve a business problem without writing a single line of code.

Code is ultimately a tool that I use to solve problems. I try to keep my solutions simple and easy to read/understand. I feel fortunate to work in software because I genuinely enjoy it.

My interests include:

  • music, guitar
  • tea, coffee
  • sentō, sauna
  • a good walk
  • vintage clothing
  • Japanese craftsmanship
  • video games (smash bros, SNES, indie)
